1452SR: Very well located and bright, east facing 2nd floor apartment with balcony overlooking communal pool and a large solarium with sea views.  The apartment has one double bed and a twin room.  All rooms have ceiling fans and there are 2 portable airconditioning units available.  There is one fitted bathroom with a heated towel rail and one WC.  All linen, duvets and towels are supplied.  The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, microwave, washing machine etc.  The living room has 2 sofabeds, a dining area,  UK satelite TV and Spanish TV, DVD and Hi Fi.  The living room leads out to a little east facing balcony which is perfect for eating breakfast on. This has views of the communal swimming pool and the sea in the distance. Up a spiral staircase is a very large solarium with sunbeds supplied.  A few steps away from the apartment block is a large supermarket,restaurants, the marina with its fish auction, a popular playground, outdoor summer cinema and all the amenities of a well established fishing town. The promenade along the beach is very popular in the evenings when everyone dresses up and goes out for a walk and some tapas.  Perfect for a real Spanish holiday.
