CD's, DVD's and books are available to use. Kitchen is fully equipped and has fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Ceiling fan in bedroom, lounge and kitchen area plus free standing fans. Heaters are available for winter months. Ample storage in bedroom, two single beds can be positioned as double or singles. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. Full bathroom with shower over bath. The apartment is also equipped with hair dryer, iron, ironing board and safe. Good size south facing balcony furnished with table and four chairs plus two sunbeds. Exceptional golf course, driving range, mountain and sea views towards Aguadulce. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Situated within the apartment complex are two outdoor pools and an indoor pool (all seasonal) There are also gym, bar and restaurant facilities. Please note Indoor pool, gym, bar and restaurant are not yet operational, but these facilities are available at the hotel and golf club 5 minutes walk away.

There are lifts to all floors and ramped access can be found at eighth floor entrance. The apartment is serviced by an o­n site Property Management Company. Welcome Packs can be arranged.

Car hire is advised to make the most of your visit to Envia, as although local taxi's can be booked, there is no public transport available from local resorts to the golf course at present.

Approximately a 25 minute drive from Almeria Airport. Many low cost airlines including Easyjet, Ryan Air and Monarch fly into Almeria Airport throughout the year from UK regional airports. Alternativly Granada Airport is a 1 hour 45 minute, Murcia Airport (Saint Javier) is approx 2 hours 15 minute and Malaga 3 hours drive away.

Envia Golf is situated in the foot hills of Sierra Gador mountain range. Situated o­n Envia is a 5 star hotel and Spa complex. A 5 to 10 minute drive takes you to the beaches, bars, restaurants and supermarkets of Aguadulce and Roquetas de Mar. Water sports, diving, Karting Roquetas, Roquetas Aquarium and Mario Park Parque Aquatico (seasonal) can also be found in these areas. Long promenades border the beach areas and it is possible to walk from Aguadulce to Almerimar - for the more energetic. Gran Plaza shopping centre is close by where you will find Ten Pin Bowling and Yelmo Cineplex aswell as a good selection of shops. Weekly markets can be found in Roquetas (opposite Gran Plaza o­n Thursdays), Vicar and El Ejido. Throughout the year many local towns and villages hold Fiestas.

Other golf courses near by are Playa Serena, Almerimar and Alboran Golf. Discounted golf packages are available. Golf and Spa packages also available - short breaks (3 nights) or longer

Almeria City is a 20 minute drive away and from here the more adventurous can catch a ferry to Morocco! You will find little specialist shops crowded amongst the Tapas bars down the narrow streets of the historic district and the modern Mediterraneo Centre shopping complex in the city's business district. In the Bazar Arabe o­n Calle Almanzor next to the Alcazaba you can buy Tagine cooking pots. You can also visit the beautifully restored 10th century Alcazaba de Almeria Fortres and the 16th century Cathedral of Almeria.

The Cabo de Gata Natural Park is also within easy reach of La Envia, with beautiful unspoilt beaches and typical Spanish coastal villages as well as larger resorts. The desert area of Tabernas is a 25 minute drive away, famous as the set of many spaghetti westerns, film lots are now theme parks and you can visit Texas Hollywood and Oasys (Mini Hollywood) Theme Parks. Granada City is approximately a 1 hour 30 minute drive, where you can visit the famous Alhambra Palace and the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, where there is an observatory and during winter months the Sierra Nevada Ski resort offers all kinds of winter sport.
