This apartment comes complete with hot/cold air conditioning throughout. 

If you feel energetic we have tennis racquets and bicycles (3 adults and 2 childrens) available for you to use. 

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and ensuite shower room.  The other has twin beds.  There is also a large family bathroom.  We also have a travel cot and fold out bed.

The living area, lounge/diner overlooks the terrace with views of the sea and mountains.  

In the kitchen there is an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster  and plenty of crockery, glasses and pots and pans.   There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board available in the outside utility area.

There is a pleasant dining area with large table and four chairs, and in the lounge area a settee and 2 cane chairs.  Television is provided with UK free to view channels, DVD player and CD player/radio.

The main bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, bidet, w.c.,vanity unit with mirrored cuboards and a hair dryer is provided.  The ensuite shower room comes complete with w.c. and vanity unit.

On the large terrace is a table and four chairs plus two sunbeds and two garden chairs.  Down in the garage the owners have kindly provided bikes, tennis racquets, beach equipment, and golf clubs if required.      

It is a pleasant stroll downhill (about 10 minutres) to the very quiet, but vibrant in July and August, village of Terreros, however, you may prefer to use your car to transport the beach parasol, two beach chairs, small inflatable boat etc. which are available for your use during your rental stay.

The gorgeous sandy beaches and coves of Terreros are safe for children and the sea is particularly shallow on the main Terreros beach where there are "chiringuitos" (beach bars) along the promenade.  

There is an Aqua Park in Vera Playa just 20 minutes drive along the coast and Oasys  cowboy theme park and zoo set in the desert in Tabernas approx 1 hours drive from Terreros.   Both well worth the visit!

For those who enjoy golf we have a set of golf clubs at your disposal.  Mundo Aguilon is a new 18 hole golf couse approx 5 minutes drive away in the mountains above Terreros.  There are several other courses in the area including Desert Springs.
