Brand new 2 bedroomed atico apartment for rent in Roquetas de Mar,
Almeria. This apartment has a double bedroom with ceiling fan and a
twin bedroom with ceiling fan. Fitted wardrobes to both rooms. The
lounge/diner/kitchen is open plan with access to the large
south/westerly terrace plus private roof solarium. The sun is o­n the
terrace from around 10am until 6 pm but the roof solarium has sun all
day long. There is a full bathroom with over bath shower. The fitted
kitchen contains everything needed for a self catering holiday. It
benefits from oven and hob, extractor fan, fridge, washing machine,
microwave and all crockery and cutlery. All linen and towels and
provided however please bring your own beach towels. There is UK
satellite tv in the lounge and airconditioning/heating. There is also
a DVD player with a selection of films. There is a communal pool which
is open from mid June to September.

The apartment is at the end of Avenida Mediterraneo with it´s array
of Spanish bars, restaurants and shops. The large supermarket is
across the road from the apartment which is the Spanish equivalent of
Sainsburys. The beach is at the end of the Avenida Mediterraneo with
the palm lined promenade for balmy summer evening walks. o­ne direction
will take you to the bustling marina with popular tapas bars and fish
restaurants, the other direction will take you to the main urbanisation
of the resort with a large selection of hotels, bars, restaurants and
gift shops. This is where you will find the English bars.

The local bus stops across the road which will take you to the Gran Plaza shopping complex with bars, shops,hypermarket, Toys R Us, MacDonalds, Burger Kind, Bowling Alley and cinema. The Mario water park is close by (open high season o­nly).

The Almeria region boasts over 3000 hours of sunshine per year and the
lowest rainfall in Europe, which makes it a great place for winter
holidays as well as a fantastic summer resort. Roquetas de Mar is set
on flat terrain which makes it an ideal holiday place for those in
wheelchairs or pushing prams. The apartment is o­nly a 30 minute drive
from Almeria airport. There is a golf course in the heart of Roquetas
De Mar and many more courses within the Almeria region.
