A supermarket is just a few minutes drive, the main centre of Albox is 10 minutes and Huercal Overa is around 20 minutes drive, the E15 giving access to the coast and the airports is just 15 minutes.

Arboleas village has all of the daily amenities needed including supermarkets, banks, shops, tapas bars, restaurants, dentist, school and medical centre. There is also a market every Saturday morning selling all locally produced produce.  The coastal resorts of Mojacar, Vera Playa, Garrucha and San Juan de los Terreros are about a 30 minute drive.

The property is to let on a long-term basis at €550 per month, plus utility bills.  Weekly pricing for short-term lets, available on request.
