The village of Los Raimundos is located in the countryside, o­nly 10 minutes drive from the nearest town of Antas and 15 minutes from the market town of Vera.  The resort of Mojacar Playa, boasting 7kn of golden beaches is o­nly 30 minutes drive and Vera Playa is about 20 minutes drive.  The championship golf resort - Valle de Este is o­nly 15 minutes drive and Desert Springs Golf Resort is approximately 25 minutes.

The property is o­nly 50 minutes drive from Almeria airport and 2 hours from Alicante and Murcia airports.
