The area has many activities including the Vera Aqua Park, Vera bullring, horse riding, scuba diving, quad biking, Garrucha go-karting etc.

The beach resort of Mojacar Playa is a 20 minute drive from the villa with the nearer beaches of Vera Playa and Garrucha being o­nly 10 minutes.

The town of Vera is less than 5 minutes drive away and has all the necessary amenities – restaurants, bars, shops, banks, chemists, emergency health centre and a busy market every Saturday.

Access to the villa is via its own private gated entrance and sweeping driveway with feature old olive tree (from where the villa gets its name) and there is ample room to park several vehicles.
