This luxurious 5 bedroom detached villa is idyllically situated in the peaceful countryside, o­n the edge of the town of Vera and is set in approximately 3 acres of fully fenced and gated, landscaped gardens.

The villa is very well equipped with all the comforts of home and has its own salt water swimming pool, Sky satellite TV,  is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated and has internet connection.

The villa is less than 5 minutes drive from the championship golf course – Valle del Este and 15 minutes from the famous Desert Springs Golf Resort.  There are 2 further courses both within 20 minutes drive, Marina Golf located besides the sea and Cortijo Grande situated in the mountains of the Sierra Cabrera.

The area has many activities including the Vera Aqua Park, Vera bullring, horse riding, scuba diving, quad biking, Garrucha go-karting etc.

The beach resort of Mojacar Playa is a 20 minute drive from the villa with the nearer beaches of Vera Playa and Garrucha being o­nly 10 minutes.

The town of Vera is less than 5 minutes drive away and has all the necessary amenities – restaurants, bars, shops, banks, chemists and a busy market every Saturday.

Access to the villa is via its own private gated entrance and sweeping driveway with feature old olive tree (from where the villa gets its name) and there is ample room to park several vehicles.

There are many good restaurants within 5 minutes drive, serving a variety of food and many activities to pursue throughout your holiday.We are happy to pre-book activities for you, such as horse riding, quad biking etc and are available to give directions/recommendations.
