Finca Lucia is set in orange groves near the sleepy hamlet of Los Colorados, Antas and is ideally situated for either relaxing by the pool or visiting the local area which has plenty to offer for people of all ages and tastes.

The nearest town, just 2 minutes away, is Antas, which still retains a true Spanish charm and offers all the ammenities needed with bars, restaurants and shops.

The motorway is 5 minutes drive and the villa is within 10 minutes drive of 2 superb golf courses (Valle del Este & Desert Springs).  There are plenty of fabulous local beaches (nearest 15 minutes) and Mojacar playa (25 minutes) and the fishing town of Garrucha, a busy port, offers excellent seafood restaurants.

The accommodation comprises:

7 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 18 people: 

(Upstairs)

Master bedroom with double bed,  2nd bedroom with double bed & 1 childs bed, 3rd bedroom with twin beds, 4th bedroom with twin beds.

(Downstairs)

5th bedroom with double bed & sofa bed, 6th bedroom with twin beds, 7th bedroom with twin beds.  There are 3 double beds and 4 single beds & a set of bunkbeds, sleeping 12.  However, a further set of bunkbeds can be placed in the office and there is the facility of a double sofa bed, a further fold down single bed and a cot if required, which could give a total sleeping capacity of 18.  We are happy to discuss your requirements when booking.

The property has 3 bathrooms and 2 showers room, together with the 5 bathrooms, there is also a downstairs cloakroom, an outside changing room complete with shower & toilet and a poolside shower.

Large fitted kitchen & utility room with all ammenities, good size lounge with seating area for 8, Sky tv, dvd/cd/video.  Dining room with seating for 12.  The property has Broadband access and internet access.

Outside:  balcony, barbeque, childs swing, garage, garden, parking, sandpit, tennis court, terrace, outside furniture.

Wow – is probably the best word to describe this villa. It truly is a spectacular property with absolutely everything you could desire and so much room that large groups can still find their own space. The location is beautiful, peaceful with superb views and yet within 5 minutes drive of the motorway and o­nly 20 minutes to the beach.There are many good restaurants in the area serving a variety of food and activities to suit all age groups and tastes.We are happy to pre-book activities such as horse riding, quad biking etc and are available to give directions/recommendations.
