Not just another bar, visiting here is a unique experience!

With a fabulous location, close to the beach this is a totally different concept, and it works.  Included in the selling price and monthly rental is a large studio apartment, underground parking and use of a communal swimming pool.

Down a few steps to the dramatic entrance and terrace, surrounded by trees and plants, low tables, candles and cushions, there is a water feature and cinema screen so that a film or just the name of the bar can be projected over the entrance.  There is a close circuit TV camera and a self-locking door (released by remote control from behind the bar) so that the owner can choose his clientele, during the summer months the glass frontage can be folded back.

The bar is decorated white, with a cream and white marble floor and white and cream furniture, the colour and the ambience is created by candles and cushions but mainly by the computerised audio and lighting system, the colours of the lights can be changed, pictures o­n the three screens, that can all show different images at the same time, alter to complement the music that is being played, even the lights in the cloakrooms change periodically, it is a true gallery of music and light.  Everything here can be totally automated making this a very easy bar to work in, the current owner works here alone and it tends to be extremely busy.  Among the many extras that have been installed here is a fully automated smoke extraction system, turntables for a professional dj, air-conditioning and filtration system, it really is very sophisticated.

A small kitchen area behind the bar accommodates a sink, ice freezer, glass washer and shelves for storing spirits, there is also a large storage area leading off the front terrace.

The studio apartment leads off the bar area, the owner lives in this spacious room that also doubles as an office, there is a separate bathroom with a washing machine.  o­nly divided by a stud wall if the new owner does not wish to live here this area can easily be incorporated into the business.  An underground parking space and use of the communal pool is included in the lease.

Working alone the current owner prefers to open from 10.00 pm at night, of course these hours could easily be extended to increase the already considerable revenue.  Known throughout the region this is an extremely popular venue.
