Cortijo Canaica Romero is situated o­n a plateau within 2.5 acres of natural countryside. It has superb views of the sparkling blue Mediterranean; the old coastal village of Mojacar & the nearby white hill village of Bedar.

Bedroom 1 has a double 4 poster and en-suite facilities.

Bedroom 2 is twin- bedded with an adjacent shower room with wc & washbasin.

The lounge and dining area is spacious and boasts a stunning log fire and comes complete with and television and satellite, video, stereo. 

The extensive central terrace has a BBQ and is ideal for outdoor dining and sunbathing.

The villa has ceiling fans in the lounge, kitchen & bedrooms & central heating throughout. The washing machine is in the utility room. Bedding & towels, for use within the villa, are provided; the property & pool cleaned & maintained by a professional team.

Morning sunrises over the sea are spectacular - as are the hauntingly beautiful Cabrera & Filabres mountains & the Sierras de Bedar when kissed by the soft rays of the setting sun. Beaches, golf courses & horse-riding stables are all within a 20-minute drive. The region is ideal for swimming, walking, water sports & tennis. There is a wide selection of restaurants where you can sample local specialities as well as international cuisine at reasonable prices. The villa has a 30-foot pool where you can swim & relax o­n the sun loungers enjoying the tranquillity of the campo surrounding the villa. The nearby village of Bedar (seen through the archways o­n the right) is within easy walking distance. Bedar has a mini-supermarket, bars, bakery, tobacconist and restaurants.
