Brand new 1 bedroomed apartment situated o­n the second floor overlooking the communal pool.  This apartment complex is at the bottom of Avd Mediterranean with its´many bars, restaurants and shops.  Opposite there is a large supermaket catering for your every need.  The other end of the Avd is the wide beach of Roquetas.  This area is very Spanish but the busier urbanisation of Roquetas with the English bars, large hotels and more restaurants is within waling distance along the palm lined promenade.  The apartment has air conditioning, a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, fridge and washing machine.  The bedroom has a double bed and the sofa is a sofa bed.  The bathroom is a full bathroom with bath and shower.  The local bus will take you to the Gran Plaza shopping centre with bars, shops, restaurants and hypermarket, bowling alley and cinema compex.  Mario water park is a short drive away (open high season o­nly).  Car hire is not necessary at this apartment and transfers can be arranged from the airport.
