Cortijo Cabrera lies on the Sierra Cabrera mountain range overlooking a golf course valley, and is just a short distance from the villages of Turre, Garrucha, Vera, Los Gallardos, Cuevas del Almanzora and Mojacar Pueblo.
Cabrera Mountain range is an area partially designated as a nature reserve, It is approximately 20 minutes from the long sandy beaches on the coast, yet in the rural charms of the Almeria countryside.
The Cabrera region offers a wealth of leisure activities for all tastes: swimming, sun-bathing, sea fishing, scuba diving and windsurfing, superb mountain walks, golf tennis, and horse riding. For bathing enthusiasts, there is a wonderful beach and marina at Garrucha.
Within a 2 hours drive you are on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada.
