The site has extensive views over the delightful Cabrera mountains and is only 6km from the E15/A7/N340. ( motorway ) Almeria is 80 Km and Alicante 170 Km away.

The old town of Mojacar (Pueblo) is ectched into the mountainside there are many restaurants creating a real cosmopolitan feel about the place, the views are breathtaking and the atmosphere divine, whilst down on Mojacar Playa there are miles of sandy beaches, plus a promenade and a cycle track running along side the beach for the more active of us.

There is also 2 superb golf courses within 5 miles of the campsite

About 7km away is Vera Playa with a lovely sandy beach a large part of which is officially designated a naturist beach.

The village of Turre can be reached via a short walk or cycle ride across open farmland. Here there is a large Supermarket, Restaurants catering for all tastes, Banks, ATM’s, post office, Estate Agents, English Newsagent (with Internet access) and a wide variety of other retail outlets, catering for both locals and tourists.

Dogs welcome if the owners are well behaved. For the comfort and safety of others, dogs must be kept on leads at all times and exercised off the site, a country walk is adjacent to the site entrance.

Directions - Exit the motorway (E15/A7/N340) at Junction 525 – follow sign for Los Gallardos (N340A) – stay on this road for 3.2 km (2 miles aprox)

then turn left at Junction sign posted Turre and Garrucha (A370). After 3.5 km (2.1 miles aprox) you will see a green sign on the right "KAPUNDA" now is the time to SLOW DOWN !!!!! in just 0.3 km (325 yards) TURN IMMEDIATE RIGHT OFF THE MAIN ROAD JUST BEFORE THE YELLOW HOUSE
