Inside the villa there is a large lounge/diner and American style kitchen with all fitted units,  fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, kettle and toaster. 

Going up the marble staircase you will find two bedrooms.  One twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom.  Downstairs there is a third bedroom which is a twin bedroom again with fitted wardrobes.  

Off the master bedroom there are patio doors leading onto large solarium.  

There is a covered terrace on the ground floor which is perfect for when the mid-day sun is too much!  Also perfect for that al fresco dining.  There are ample sunbeds and a patio set including table and chairs.

Linen and towels are not provided in the villa but can be hired at a cost of 15 euros per person.  You can bring these yourselves if you wish.  Electricity is read at the meter on arrival and paid for before you depart.  We require 20% deposit to secure the booking and the 80% balance is due no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival in the resort.  We require a Security Bond of 200 pounds or 250 euros payable on arrival to Guardian Angels and this will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the villa after your departure and within 7 days of your return to UK. 

The new Mundo Aguilon golf course is set in the mountains above Terreros and is proving to be a challenging course. Contact us for details of these courses and rates.
