Casa de Suenos is a spacious villa furnished to a high standard and is ideal for a large family group and will accomodate ten plus people comfortably.  The Villa enjoys wonderful panoramic views of the valley in which there are almond and olive trees.  The surrounding area is ideal for walking.  Whilst its location offers peace and quiet, it is conveniently situated for access to the busy coastal areas and towns.

The villa is situated in the small quiet hamlet of Puertocico which is a 5 minute drive from the village of Santa Maria del Nieva and is approximately 15 minutes from the market town of Huercal-Overa where there are social ammenities and night life. Vera town, Vera beach and Mojacar are approximately 40 minutes by car as is the fishing port of Garrucha.

The airports of Alicante, Almeria and Murcia (St Javier ) are a 1hour 30 minute drive to the villa. 

Bed linen, bath and hand towells are provided.

To reserve dates a 25% deposit would be required and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. A returnable security / damage deposit of £250 (€350) would be required o­n payment of balance by a separate cheque. Normal wear and tare is acceptable.
