On the ground floor is the Master bedroom with kingsize bed and fitted wardrobes.  There is a good sized en suite shower room adjacent to the bedroom.  An iDeck/alarm clock radio and hairdryer are supplied for visitors to use.  The ground floor is open plan.  The lounge/diner has a sofa bed, (suitable for one adult) two seater sofa, extending dining tqable and chairs and combined TV/DVD player with satellite dish which receives English TV and radio channels and Sky freeview channels.  (please bring own sky card if you wish to view extra Sky channels).  New for 2010 there is a "mini home theatre system" which plays DVDs/CDs with an FM radio and MP3 player.  The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob and oven.  Outside there is a small utility area with sink unit and washing machine.

There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the lounge area.  There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes.  The large family bathroom is fitted with wash basin, w.c. bath/shower and bidet.  Off each of the twin bedrooms there is a terrace with beautiful views.

There is a small bistro set on the larger terrace which has views of the mountains - perfect for enjoying a chilled drink whilst watching the sun set!!

Outside there is a kidney shaped swimming pool, shower, covered terrace area and generous off street parking.  Also provided are sun beds, patio furniture and a barbeque.

We require 20% non refundable deposit to secure a booking and the balance no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival in resort.  Linen and towels are not provided in the villa but can be hired at a cost of 15 euros per person or you may wish to bring your own.  Cots and highchairs can also be hired at a cost of 10 euros per item per week.  Electricity is read at the meter on arrival and paid for before you depart.
