Second floor: Large living room with comfy sofas, dining table, tv, dvd.  Door to terrace with sea views.  Further small terrace.  Air conditioning.

Well-equipped kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.  Utility room.  WC.

Set in the quieter, residential part of San Jose, but still within 5 minutes walking distance of all the shops, bars, restaurants and beach, this gives you the best of all worlds.

The owners are non-smokers and operate  a strict "no-smoking" policy for all rentals. If you are considering booking and any member of your party feels this may be a problem, we will be happy to help you find alternative accommodation where smokers are welcome.
