At the rear a pleasant comfortable lounge with patio doors leading o­nto a private terrace with large swimming pool and steps leading up to the rooftop solarium.

A sofa bed in the lounge enables the villa to accommodate two extra guests.

The master bedroom has a double bed with own dressing room with ensuite shower room.  There is a second bathroom complete with bath with shower attachment and a well equipped kitchen with oven/hob, extractor fan and fridge/freezer.  There is an outside door o­nto an adjoining untility area complete with washing machine.

There is parking o­n the driveway and private intercom access.

Linen and towels are provided as extra at a cost of 15 euros per person, or you may wish to bring your own.  Cots and highchairs can be hired at a cost of 10 euros per item per week.   Electricity is read at the meter o­n arrival and paid for before you depart.
