An open plan lounge with dining area leads onto the garden patio area and large ttiled terrace surrounding the pool at the rear of the property. The modern well equipped kitchen is fitted with an electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. 

One good size twin bedded room is located o­n the ground floor looking o­nto the pool area.  A shower room with handbasin & w.c. is situated next to the bedroom. The sofa bed in the lounge accommdates an additional guest

A winding marble staircase leads from the lounge to the first floor level where 2 more bedrooms (l king and 1 twin) can be found.  The main bedroom has patio doors with a balcony and pleasant sea and mountain views.  A second bathroom with shower is adjacent to both bedrooms.

Off road parking is accessible behind locked gates with private intercom access

Prices range from 352€ low season to 900€ per week high season.

 Linen and towels are not provided in the villa but can be hired at a cost of 15 euros per person, or you may wish to bring your own.  Cots and highchairs can also be hired at a cost of 10 euros per item per week. 

Additional costs are electricity which is read at the meter on arrival and paid for before you depart.

The villa is situated within a pleasant 20 minute walk of the village where you will find a wide choice of bars & restaurants with traditional Spanish cuisine served by local friendly staff.  There is popular Bistro just 2 minutes walk from this property.

Other facilities in the village consist of two well stocked supermarkets, and doctor's surgery and a pharmacy.

Safe sandy beaches and a palm tree promendade make the small town of Terreros an ideal resort for a relaxing holiday in this unique and unusual area of Andalusia.
