We are a very popular family run Bed and Breakfast guest house

 O­nly five minutes drive from the market town of Albox,yet in the heart of traditional Spanish village life.A very warm welcome greets you o­n your arrival,situated in the Spanish village of  Llano De Los Olleres a traditional unspoilt Spanish village ,Surrounded by Almond, Olive, Orange Lemon grape and fig groves with some of the most spectacular scenery found in southern Spain breath taking mountain views from  outside our front door, ideally situated for walking cycling or drives with many country roads, paths and ramblas and the backdrop of the Saliente mountains o­nly fifteen minutes drive away and o­nly five minutes drive to the market town of Albox with its restaurants,tapas cafe bars shops and amenities for everyday life.

We are central and within easy reach of most of the quaint Spanish villages and popular locations of Arborleas,,Cantoria,Partaloa Piedra Almarillo Santoptar

Zergena,Albanchez,and Almanzora surrounding Albox and twenty five minutes to the coastal resorts of Mojacar Garrucha with its marina,Vera with its water park and many beaches to choose from.The city of Almeria is­ o­nly an hour and twenty minutes away steeped in history with its modern shopping malls and beaches.Granada and Baza with its beautiful lakes are within easy reach of us.

We have two twin rooms catering for o­ne to four persons with the addition of childrens put me up bed or travel cots if required.  Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in each room, heating, and fans for the warm weather.  We also have a guest dining room,communal lounge with UK satellite and Spanish television, video Dvd and a wide range of reading material. Patio area by the pool to relax and unwind surrounded by many Mediterranean plants orange lemon cherry apple and peach trees, or while away the evening sitting under the grape vines in our kitchen courtyard and kitchen patio popular with all our guests .

For our guests wishing to use the telephone/Internet we have this facility also washing and drying facilities Hairdressing and beauty treatment and child minding services for a small additional charge.

Continental breakfast of cereals, toast,home made preserves, croissants, fruit juice, tea and coffee or full English breakfast.  If you are viewing to buy or touring the area packed lunches can be provided,four course evening meals cooked daily from locally produced fare are also available cooked daily by Mandy who worked in hotel catering for fifteen years.  Drinks are available at any time.

We have easy access for disabled clients and our pool is available for use by our guests.

We have various special offers for our guests from local attractions and from ourselves,from scubadiving classes at the Guest House from o­ne of Mojacars leading diving schools OR for those already trained boat,wreck and shore dives at discount rates ,horse riding,quad treking,karting,Vera water park,guided walks and visits,boat fishing trips with captain mel  and various offers from ourselves ,free nights stays with us!
