The fully fitted kitchen has expensive units including fridge/freezer, combi-oven, microwave, washing machine and all utensils, pottery and glassware included for your enjoyment whilst staying in this property.  

There are three bedrooms two twin bedded rooms (one of the twin bedded rooms has electric adjustable beds for your comfort) and a master bedroom with ensuite shower room.  The family bathroom has w.c., vanity unit with wash basin, bidet and bath with shower attachment.

From the double patio doors is the tiled patio/terrace area which has been covered to offer some welcome shade during the hot summer months.  Also included are sunbeds, table and chairs and a parasol.  A BBQ is provided.

Aguilon Golf Course is the new golf course situated above Terreros in the mountains and is a challenging course - within 10 minutes drive you come to the wonderful course where you can hire buggies, gof clubs etc.

Linen and towels are not provided in this villa but can be hired at a cost of 15 euros per person, or you may wish to bring your own.    

Electricity is read at the meter on arrival and paid for before you depart.  

We require a Security Bond of 250 euros or 200 pounds which will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the property.
