Casa Vistamar has a refurbished swimming pool completed July 2009.  The garden is totally private and has a large shady area for al fresco eating and a BBQ is provided.  There are ample sunbeds and patio furniture for your use.  

From the front door you climb the marble staircase to the first floor where there is a twin bedded room with fitted wardrobes, a shower room and the lounge/dining room from which there are patio doors leading onto a sunny balcony with patio furniture.  In the lounge area there are two settees and dining table and chairs.  There is satellite television (please bring your own Sky card if you wish all the channels)  From the lounge/dining room there is the kitchen with fully fitted units including oven, hob, fridge/freezer and everything you would require in a modern well equipped kitchen.

Up another flight of stairs and you come to the second twin bedded bedroom with fitted wardrobes, and large family bathroom with bath/shower attachment, double vanity unit and w.c.  Also on  this floor is the master bedroom with patio doors leading onto another balcony. 

Taking the third flight of stairs you come to the solarium which has far reaching views of the wonderful mountains and the sea and bay of Terreros.  Also situated up here at the top of the stairs is the washing machine.

We require 20% non refundable deposit to secure the booking and the balance no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival in resort.  Linen and towels are not provided in the villa but can be hired at a cost of 15 euros per person or you may wish to bring your own.  Cots and highchairs can be hired also at a cost of 10 euros per item per week.  Electricity is read at the meter on arrival and paid for before you depart.  We require a Security ~Bond of 200 pounds or 250 euros which is returned after satisfactory inspection of the villa after your departure.
