This popular property is set in 40 acres of farmland, consisting of Almonds, Olives Grapes and Fig trees. Our vinyards are farmed in the tradional way.  

With stunning views of mountains, valleys and  sea, set in the lower mountains of Andalucia. in a tranquil location, 30 mins  drive, to 3 major towns, Huercal Overa, Velez Rubio & Albox. It is ideal location for Off Roading, Bird Watching, Walking etc., or just lazing away, in this truely relaxing area. Hunting small game, rabbit, hare and partridge.  For those who wish to observe the local wildlife, birds in particular, Eagles, Hawks, Golden Oriels, Hoopoo's, Bee Eaters, Roller Birds to name just a few.  Plus wild boar, variety of lizards etc.

40 mins drive to Vera & Puerto Ray beaches.  60 mins drive will bring you to the beautiful bays of : San Juan de los Terreros, Aguilas, Garrucha and Mojacar o­n the Costa Almeria.

Short Term Holiday Rental Costs

Deposit of 50% payable upon confirmation of booking - Refundable at end of occupancy - Less any amounts for damages should they occur.

Rental payment 4 weeks prior to arrival. However, alternative payment  can be arranged if booking is close to date of arrival. 

Should you require for example 9 days, then the extra days will be pro-rata.
