A lovely 2 bedroom apartment set in a beautiful small complex boasting sea views.

The apartment is set back o­nly 50 meters from the beach and is close to some beautiful bars and restaurants. A very desirable location! The apartment is o­n the top floor of a two-storey building and also has private underground parking.

This is a new apartment that has been very tastefully furnished and has air conditioning throughout. The spacious lounge is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, a double sofa bed and of course, sea views. Patio doors lead out of the lounge and o­nto a private balcony where you can enjoy an al fresco meal as you take in the views across the Mediterranean Sea.

The dining area has a round table and chairs to accommodate four.

The complex is slightly elevated above the Playa to take maximum advantage of the views along the Mojacar coastline. This also means that while the complex is situated in the heart of the Playa, it is still a very private and peaceful community.
