The longe-diner has been tastefully designed and has all the comforts of home. This includes features such as TV, DVD player and music system. This room is installed with an air-conditioning unit.

The dining area has a pine table and chairs set to seat six. However with a beautiful balcony area with outside table and chairs, you won't want to be eating inside.

The kitchen is fully-fitted and includes everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including a microwave, oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, fridge freezer etc.

There are two luxury bathrooms complete with a showers.

There is a large communal pool with lawned surroundings as well as a separate children’s pool.

This apartment is ideal for golfers and non-golfers alike. For golfers, this course is now considered to be o­ne of the top new courses in the whole of Europe and is already hosting some major competitions. For non-golfers there is the nearby Beach Club, you are also located in picturesque country surroundings and o­nly a 5 minute drive from the beautiful harbour town of Garrucha, offering miles of beautiful beaches and a fantastic array of seafood restaurants.

A security deposit of TBD is also asked for o­n payment of the booking balance. This cheque is returned o­nce the keys have been returned to us.

Payment is preferred in Sterling, but we do accept Euros (cheques should be made payable to Charles Glide, and sent to the address below - an emailed receipt will be sent by way of confirmation).

Free Welcome Pack included

25% deposit is required o­n booking with the remainder payable 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.

Arrival at the apartment is from 2pm and departure by 11am.
