The small farming village of El Campico is situated within the municipality of Bedar (on the road from Bedar to Lubrin)which is located in the Levante region and spans an area of 46.7 Km², at an altitude of 328 meters in the province Almeria, within the autonomous community of Andalucia, o­n the Costa de Almeria.

The village of El Campico has weekly deliveries of fresh bread, fish and frozen goods and is situated just between the sleepy towns of Bedar and Lubrin which are o­nly 10 minutes drive and which have banks, supermarkets, doctors and good restaurants and bars. Many activities can be undertaken from El Campico including; walking, bird watching, cycling and quad biking. The golf resorts of Desert Springs and Valle Del Este are also close by and the beach resort of Mojacar Playa is just 25 minutes drive.
