This villa is way above average for a rental,has three beds all with fitted wardrobes, and extra storage space in passageway in the masterbedroom, this bedroom has a ensuite bathroom, the bedroom has a internet connection which the owners will allow you to use, at a cost of 20 euros per month, this will cover the cost of the service provided.

The other two beds, one is another double and the third has double bunkbeds, both these beds have fitted wardrobes, and in between the beds is a guest bathroom,

The lounge is very nicely furnished, and has hot and cold aircon fitted and ceiling fans in the other bedrooms, there is a woodburning stove for the winter nights to keep you warm, the owners have a small store of logs in the garden for the new clients. there is sky tv fitted with the digi box, but the owners are taking the tv back to the uk.

The kitchen is completely fitted with all white goods, including microwave,

The villa has a alarm system, and also a 1000 ltr water storage tank in case of water shortage.

The garden is completely landscaped, with a lovely 8x4 mtr swimmingpool, and has a pool cover for the winter, at the rear of the villa is a storage garden shed, the villa has a seperate driveway for your car and a large rolling gate for security,

The owners would like any new client's to maintain the garden and clean the swimmingpool for them,a pet would be allowed as long as it is well behaved, the villa is insured for the building and contents but not for the personal belonging of any client's. Smoking is allowed but will have to be on the outside of the villa.

The rental price is 450 per month + electric, and water, the villa  has to be on a long term rental of 6 months + .
