The Townhouse overlooks a dry rambla and has lovely mountain views from roof terrace. Garrucha town is a 15 minute walk along a promenade by the long sandy beach. Garrucha is a fishing town known for its prawns. There are many restaurants, bars and shops here but in Mojacar a few minutes away you have discos, shops, water sports, horse riding, quad treks, diving and there is a water park a couple of minutes drive from the duplex, plus go carting and a naturist beach. There are four golf courses nearby. Two are only ten minutes away and the other two about twenty minutes. There are many beautiful beaches to visit and the Cabo de Gato with lots of wild life.
