               TAPAS & Spanish Cookery Classes here at Casa Rosa

Note  Classes are currently restricted to 20-25 people , if you have a group of friends who would like to come along to a class o­n a day not listed please call and see if it is possible to arrange a separate date. We also are available for evening classes from 7-10pm if you wished for your party to visit evening time rather than during the day.

All visitors receive a Course Note & Recipe Book to take away for their personal use.

Basic Tapas Class

Items covered, History of Tapas, Salsas to use for dressing Meat and Fish dishes, Ingredients used in Tapas, Tapas presentation, and several Cooking demonstrations of popular Spanish Tapas dishes.

Basic Tapas Class  -  Tuesdays   [ 12 Midday - Approx 3pm ]

Dates  4th December

Class 12 Euro/per person, includes refreshments and food sampling

 Spanish Fish and Shellfish Cookery Classes

Types of Spanish Fish and Shellfish available here, the use of fish and shellfish in Spanish cuisine, several demonstrations of preparation and cooking types of fish and shellfish with serving suggestions.

       Spanish Cold Meat & Cheese Class

Here we will be delving into many of the types of Spanish Ham and Sausages and Cheeses available here and some recipes where they can be used both in starters and main courses.
