A lovely apartment on 2 floors in the Moorish village of Mojacar. The apartment has a panoramic view of the sea and entire surrounding area from the pretty terrace and from both bedroom windows. The main bedroom comfortably sleeps 3 with a large double bed and a single daybed. The second bedroom sleeps 2 in two single beds. The apartment has a spacious living area with a kitchen-diner. Downstairs, there is a bathroom with bath and shower and there is an additional upstairs cloakroom. Access to the terrace is conveniently directly from the living area. Another entrance area ouside the living area houses the washing machine and is perfect for storing bicycles or surf boards. It is an old style apartment, simply furnished with a mix of traditional and modern. It is in the heart of the village in a leafy, secluded spot with a gated entrance for only two houses. It is a few minutes' walk from the bubbly squares, lively bars and excellent restaurants. You can walk to the beach and seafront facilities in half an hour or drive in 5 minutes. A regular bus service runs to the seafront and back. The upstairs living space and downstairs bedrooms means the environment remains cool during even the hottest months, though a fan is provided. In winter, a powerful radiator provides warmth. A convenient Almeria airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged.
