You have great views towards the mountains and the villa is very private, and you are within walking distance into the village which has a bar and shop, the town of Huercal Overa is 10 mins away , motorway 5 mins, airports, Almeria just over one hour , Murcia 40 mins and Alicante is just under 2 hours, the villa has all the correct paperwork to it, and at the moment it has a mortage on it .
