tiled terraces. A very old well established olive tree adorns the
garden with other colourful plants and bushes and a small rockery.
Ample off road parking for 3 cars is secured by garden walls and double gates

location of the villa is best described as rural and rustic with access
via an unadopted road leading from the main road to the village.
Immediate access from this road to the villa gates and surrounding
properties is laid with tarmacadam

access is within an half hour drive. Almeria airport is approx. 1 hour
by car and the nearest coastline is around the same distance from the
villa
