Hotel under construction in the charming village of Lubrin. The hotel is constructed o­n a plot of 400m², with a total area constructed of some 556m² and approx 150m² of terraces, it will boast 9 good sized suites each with a terrace and a bathroom. An additional plot of 600m² has been designated as garden. The Hotel is fully licensed and there is already an agreement in place to use the communal pool & tennis courts of Lubrin.
