Our luxury ground floor apartment in Palomares is ideal for couples, families and golfers, this is our “home from home”, and is fitted with quality furniture throughout and is close to the beach, town and 2 championship golf courses. The apartment has everything you could possibly need there for a nice relaxing holiday in the sun.

There are 2 twin Bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes so plenty of space for your clothes and golf clubs. The bathrooms are well equiped with o­ne having a walk in shower and the other having full size bath with shower over it. A well equipped kitchen & spacious open plan lounge/ dining room with seating for 4. UK sky satellite TV is fitted, so you can see all your usual programmes, plus a DVD player with selection of DVD's, X-Box system with a selection of games and a stereo hi-fi system.

The apartment is fitted with Air-conditioning throughout, so every room can be kept nice & cool during the heat of summer, During the summer months though as the apartment is south facing, the sun o­nly shines into back rooms making rest of our apartment nicely shaded and cool.

You will still find plenty of sun o­n the patio garden to rear which gets the sun all day due to the south facing position. It is very private, somewhere you can sit, have a drink, eat or just relax and enjoy some privacy in the sun. It’s also very safe for children as it is totally enclosed.

The apartment is situated o­n a small complex, near all the amenities that Palomares has to offer, but far enough away to be tranquil. The apartment complex has a large pool and toddler’s pool which are seldom busy, so you will often have them all to yourselves.

The complex is in an excellent position - the beach is literally just a 10 minute stroll down the road and Palomares centre is just five minutes in the other direction, where you will also find plenty of nice little eating places, a selection of bars, along with a good local grocery store, bank, chemist, tobacco shop, butchers & bakers.
