Luxuriously furnished 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroom (1 ensuite) first floor apartment in the quiet Spanish resort of Retamar.  This apartment has 1 double bedroom with ensuite, 1 twin bedroom with separate shower room and a sofa bed in the lounge.  The apartment benefits from airconditioning/heating and has Sky Tv installed.  The fully fitted kitchen consists of oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.  The apartment is situated o­n the end of the Cabo de Gato National Park and is a haven for walkers and golfers.  The Alboran Golf Course is a short walk away (see our golfing page o­n our website for details of this course), flanked by many large hotels offering health suite facilities for those non golfers in the party.  The hotel facilities welcome non residents to use their facilities.
This resort is busy in the summer months with holiday home owners from Madrid and Barcelona.  Off season it is very quiet and offers a peaceful retreat without the hussle and bussle of English bars. 
The beach is approximately 20 minutes stroll away (or 3 minutes in a car) where you will find a small selection of bars, restaurants and tapas bars.  There is a small supermarket in this resort but a wider choice of hypermarkets and shops etc can  be found in Almeria City which is 14km away.
The airport is 10 minutes drive and airport transfers can be arranged although car hire is recommended to really appreciate this area of Andalucia.
