There is o­ne large bedroom and o­ne bathroom with bath/shower, also there is a sofa bed in the lounge which gives an accomodation of 4.

The apartments are marble throughout, furnished to the highest standard and an interphone/tv surveillance system offering unbeatable security.

The building also has three Otis lifts for easy access.

Mojacar Pueblo(or village) is a moorish village with whitewashed houses in narrow cobbled streetsand is still keeping its traditional Spanish atmospher and in o­ne of the most sunniest climates in Spain. The scenery is spectacular with rugged coastlines and sandy beaches.The village still retains its typically Spanish charm and character,the playa(or beach) is just 2 kilometres away where you can swim, sunbathe, fish or just chill out. There are also golf courses nearby.
