The ‘Vera Gardens’ Apartments are situated o­n Vera Playa, approximately ten to fifteen minutes drive from Mojácar, Almería. These spacious, luxury apartments are frontline on the beach with various bars and cafes within walking distance, as well as a large supermarket. The area enjoys almost all year round sunshine and clear blue skies.

Local Activities/ Attractions:

There are many activities available such as horse riding, golf, scuba diving, surfing, coastal & inland walking, bowls, tennis, as well as being o­n the doorstep of a large water park (seasonal opening). There are many attractions nearby such as museums, art galleries, Western theme parks and local towns with shops, markets and fiestas. There area is also rich in geological and archeological sites of interest.  If you wish to leave your car behind, taxis are available or a shuttle service can be arranged. There is also a bus route to the resort of Mojácar, Vera town and the fishing town Garrucha. Of course there is also the wonderful local food to sample and the traditional ‘tapas’.

Short courses can be arranged in Spanish, dancing, cookery & art.

Apartment Details:

The complex is maintained to a very high standard and residents have a gate key that gives direct access to the beach from the swimming pool, garden and tennis court area.

The apartments have full air conditioning, heating and are furnished to a high standard with an exceptionally large lounge (with high quality double bed settee), bathroom and bedroom (with above average storage). Each apartment also has its own private, furnished patio.

All apartments have a fridge freezer, cooker, washer tumble dryer and the usual bedding, towels and basic crockery and utensils.

All apartments have Spanish TV satellite connection. UK TV is also available in some of the apartments (please request).

The complex has 24 hour security with an automatic barrier operated by a remote control. The same control accesses the private underground parking. If you wish to park outside the complex or are o­n foot there is in addition a key operated gate. For visitors coming to the gate there is an intercom system to each apartment.
