Has anyone got experience of using these automatic pool cleaners??

Was thinking of buying one - but don't want them sucking off all the tiles??

Any advice would be appreciated.

The one we have is absolutely brilliant and has saved us hours of tedious cleaning.
It cost 450euros ,4 years ago. but have seen them for a lot less and a LOT more.
Apart from the odd snail blocking it sometimes have had no problems at all. Certainly doesn't suck any tiles up.
The meter long hoses need replacing about every other year because they get brittle but these can be easily found in most bricolages for 5/6 euros.

Bought it in Aguilas. The pool shop is opposite Lidl and to locate Lidl one has to drive towards the town (straight across roundabout end of dual carriageway from Lorca) and turn left at the 2nd roundabout which is by the garage.
As for name of make/model would have mentioned it if I could have found the handbook . No name on the cleaner unfortunately.

Thanks Jovie, will take a trip to Aguilas for a look. We can go to Lidl and do some shopping while there.
