We are moving soon to San Juan and would like to take our garden shed. Anybody have any views on how they will fair in the spanish heat?

In my experience your wooden shed will pull itself to peices over here.

IMO it is cheap enough to buy a metal one over here, or better still build a permanent blockwork one.

They sell wooden ones here, probably better adapted to the local climate than UK ones. Garden centres either stock them or have catalogues. Might be cheaper to buy than transporting the old one...

I bought a small wooden garden shed from Leroy Merlin about twelve years ago and it's still as good as new. However, I do treat it with Xyladecor every year.
