It was an English lady but I cannot remember her name.She and her Husband used to run the Tavern a few years ago, then opened the laundry down in Playa Serena. I got the impression that she was happy with the bar so perhaps she has moved on to something more exciting. Who knows.

while in roquetas Jan /Feb the cuellar tapas bar opp wide awakes has moved next door and ty has gone upmarket with a beautiful new bar that has a glass front that opens in summer to the front also the spanish bodega bar in av Meditteranean has also doubled in size .Talking to the lads in Chaplins the spanish that have money under the bed are taking advantage of the property prices its a buyers market at present.

After Tapas in Cuellar gave ty a service tip and joked this is for the Hippoteca he thought it highly amusing but on the same tack property prices have come down about 30% and the banks are selling some repossesed properties at knockdown prices just to get money back
