icon_confused.gif why would I lie, never had a problem with Easy jet either, in fact thankfully I have never had a problem with any airline.

Tell me Pottsy what poor experience have you had, or are you one of those that have actually never flown with them but moan about them anyway?

What I donít understand is, why people that donít use Ryanair feel the need to criticise it so much? Use whichever airline you wish, itís your choice.
I go for the best combination of price & times, and that is what determines which airline I use, easy icon_exclaim.gif

I have used Ryanair quite a few times - stopping 3 or so years ago after a very unpleasant experience - one which Ryanair had to back track on and refund me excess baggage charges.

But I agree - it's great to have choice - and my choice (based on my experience) is not to use them .

Let's look at Dublin - Almeria flight route as a start. It is nothing more. People travelling to Costa Almeria from Dublin and its region will welcome the route. But, most other Irish based people will continue to use Alicante and Murcia airports.

It is good that Dublin - Almeria is back. Aer Lingus used the route for years and then were challenged by Ryanair and Aer Lingus refused to compete moved elsewhere and later Ryanair dropped the route. Thank you Ryanair for killing the route that you had no interest in.

If I were involved in the hospitality industry I would not be hiring extra staff on the news of Dublin - Almeria. Remember, there is a recession going on in Ireland and is likely to continue for years to come (despite our politicians lies). Furthermore, the 'new' route is from 1st June and will expire before the winter.

Don't forget it is the share price that is driving Ryanair to improving its Customer Service - nothing more, O'Leary wants to become richer and richer.

So true Gretch, and a philosophy I abide by as well. Hope you are keeping well.
