A bit of a belated reply but as things stand the answer is no.

You can see a copy of the proposed route at the Ayuntamiento in Los G, however it is dated June 2001 so no doubt has changed since then.

To the best of my knowledge coming up from the south it is following a lot of the E15, passing along Alfaix, along the back of Los Olivos and then crossing the Los G to Mojácar road heading for Vera where there will be a station.

Sñr Zapatero has requested a station in Vera as he has a holiday home there and it will halve his travelling time from Madrid from 5 to 2½ hours!

Hope this helps.

Many thanks for the information. You hear of so many horror stories lately, not knowing which developments are safe.

Last route is below Alfaix and LG, above the Rambla (you can see some posts in the fields next to the green bin about a km towards Turre from the motorway on the old road) below the Oasis campsite and Loma Blanca (on a viaduct across the flood plains), crossing just below the houses past Loma Blanca and just before the crossroads to Turre on the LG-Garrucha road, and aiming down past the old gnomo feliz restaurant in Vera to the station.
