Fellow owners at Salinas de Vera,

My Community fees have gone up 28% since CE took over.
This is unacceptable and unjustifiable as most of the ground floor flats and duplexes are having their front gardens paved over plus many like myself are having their back gardens paved over too.
So the gardening work load on the gardner is diminishing year on year as more owners have their gardens tiled.
Hence the price must come down rather than go up.
If we extended the paving around the outdoor pool that would keep it cleaner and save on labour costs in mowing charges and less consumption of water.
Your views on this would be appreciated.
CE Consulting Gravy Train has to END.

Unacceptable, thats right. In this current climate when people are losing their jobs, and money is scarce, to think that community fees have to go up so much is an absolute disgrace.

As I understand the gardening/cleaning contract has risen by just under 32% for the coming year.

Not sure why it has risen so greatly but wish someone would give me a 32% rise in my salary for the coming year.

Will contact CE and ask for a copy of the budget for the next year.
