That sounds great Lou Lou bet it was nice, baby goat always reminds me of the obvious (lamb) but much of it's like the shank or knuckle of a lamb's leg, reddish, tender, tasty sticky meat, feel hungry now.

yes as i come from barbados, i can curry it very nice,
A lot of what is sold locally as cordero is goat. Not surprising really when you see the pastor with his flock in the campo. Always mixed herds of sheep and goats. I smile at the idea that "cordero de Dios" here is probably "goat of God". Doesn't have the same imagery really
