Trust this helps.

"The prosecution asked for a year in prison for Alfonso Garcia and the demolition of 300 houses in Caves

Prosecutor calls a year in prison for the president of the UD Almería in promoting urbanization Almanzora Country Club. A former counselor in Murcia, also accused.

Javier Pajarón [19/04/2012 - 14:22]

Overview of the Llanos de la Jordana place [G. Ruiz]

Almanzora Country Club was founded in 2005 as the great urban project Almanzora Valley, a development of 1,794 housing units intended primarily for wealthy tourists, many foreigners, attracted by the mixture between the tranquility of the place and the proximity of the sea. Soon, however, would also become the great judicial intervention against excessive urbanization, the first of this organization held in the province of Almeria. Seven years later, the Criminal Court Number One of Almeria today sits on the bench to project leaders, including President of the Unión Deportiva Almería and promoter Alfonso Garcia and former director of the Region of Murcia Juan Jose Parrilla. the Almería Provincial Prosecutor calls for each of them a year in prison for an alleged offense against spatial planning, as the estate amounted on undeveloped land without planning permission, as stated in the indictment and the demolition of 300 homes of the promotion. more in the print edition"

Hi Dunedin, long time no speak

Was going through all my old Huma paperwork the other day - may hang on to it a little longer, you never know I may get my deposit plus interest back plus the money I spent with Andersons in order to get my installment returned to me (despite having a bank guarantee)

Some of the emails from the staff at Huma make for hilarious reading ... "we're not giving you nothing back"

Not sure but assume it has happened fairly recently. We are waiting to hear the next proposition from our lawyer but are not prepared to throw any more money at what appears now to be a lost cause which of cause we have always suspected

Hi all

Huma has not gone into liquidation, I subscribe to Einforma and they would have advised of such an occurence, the family still operate out of the main office here at Mazarron Country Club. Not sure what they do but they come into the office daily.

For anyone interested MCC is now a very fine urbanisation, we have wrested control from Huma and the phoney administrators, we have a proper water supply, Iberdrola now supply all of the site except 140 homes which will convert very soon. We have recently commissioned Ferrovial to complete the infrastructure and now have fully completed roads, green areas will be completed by end October we have security cameras in place and burglaries have all but disappeared, if you still fancy a home in Spain have a look at MCC you won't be disappointed.

Hi Esbasmi, I am so pleased to hear that MCC residents have been able to resolve the problems. It must be due to much hard work from people who must have been very disappointed with the results that Huma had left them with - so well done! Are you able to give a contact email address for Huma please as we may be interested in purchasing now as it seems unlikely we would get our money back from the ACC development.
Many thanks again for the information.

Just out of curiosity, are we talking about the same place - http://www.murciatoday.com/camposol-residents-association-anxiously-watching-for-autumn-storms_13135-a.html ?

Hi Graeme

No, Camposol is another urbanisation about 4 kms from us renowned for serious infrastructure problems bestowed on unsuspecting owners by the builder Masa.

That is a large urbanisation of more than 5000 homes.... MCC is Mazarron Country Club.

Regards

Barry
