Hi i made an enquiry about a bank repo property and asked the agent a question if the house was in a fit condition to use/live in and would a mortgage be possible, the agent replied that the property conservation status at the moment meant it could not be lived in but a mortgage was possible, can anybody tell me what this means and could it be more hassle than its worth etc the house is in a small village with other houses next to it and does require some work,
