Since 2013 there has been in force a Law on the control of water quality in Publicly used swimming pools:
Rental properties, Communal Pools, Hotels - any pool used by someone who is not a member of your family or Friend
The responsibility to control the water condition lies with the administrator of the swimming pool to ensure the pool complies with the law.
Article 1. Object.
This Royal Decree aims to establish the basic criteria and technical health of the air and water quality of outdoor pools with the purpose of protecting the health of users from possible risks physical, chemical or microbiological arising from the use of the public pool.
For the purposes of this Royal Decree establishes the following definitions:
1. Swimming Pool: Installation composed of the pool vessel itself or Spa for, recreational use, sports training or therapeutic, as well as the additions and services necessary to ensure their operation. The pool can be open, covered or mixed.
2. Swimming pool for public use: Those swimming pools open to the public or to a defined group of users, not only for the family and guests of the owner or occupier, regardless of the payment of a price of entry.

May be:
(a) Type 1. Swimming pools where the water activity is the main objective, as in the case of public swimming pools, leisure, water parks or spas;
(b) Type 2. Swimming pools that are acting as extra service to main objective, as in the case of swimming pools in hotels, communal pools, tourist accommodation, camping or therapeutic in health centres, among others.

Basically if you are responsible for a pool used by members of the public you need to be aware of certain controls and measures that should be in-place.
It is not permitted to administer chemicals directly into the pool The chemicals must be administered via the filtration system, this is done using automated systems that monitor and control the water quality every second the system is in use administering chemicals in small amounts as required.

In English - some words not translated well Vase or Glass refer to the pool structure.

What this means is that any such pool should be maintained & tested 2-3 times a day or controled by an automatic system,
