The complex has 24 hour security with an automatic barrier operated
by each tenants´ remote control. The same control accesses the private
underground parking if tenants wish to park outside the complex or are o­n foot
there is in addition a key operated gate. For visitors coming to the gate there
is an intercom system to each apartment.

The complex is maintained to a very high standard and residents
have a key that accesses a gate direct o­n to the beach from the swimming
pool/garden/tennis court area.

The apartments are furnished to a high standard with an
exceptionally large lounge, bathroom and bedroom (with above average storage). The
lounge has a high quality (double) bed settee. The patio as you will see from
the photograph is also of a good size. As well as air-conditioning/heating, the
apartments have fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer and TV’s with
satellite connection (although depending o­n which apartment you have, you may
need to bring a digibox). They also have the usual bedding and basic crockery
& kitchen/cleaning utensils.

At the moment these apartments are 500 euros plus bills (electric,
water and waste removal) per calendar month. These represent excellent value
compared to apartments in other areas for size and quality. Around the new
Mercadona towards Vera town we have various 2 bedroom 1 bathroom accommodation
at 500 euros but they are smaller in square footage to the o­nes described, as
well as not offering the beachfront location. In Mojácar you will pay anything
from 500 for an older, smaller 2 bedroom apartment up to 700 for something of a
higher quality similar to Vera Gardens.

Often it is difficult to reserve an apartment in advance as our
owners are generally looking to let ASAP, but as we manage a number of
properties at the Vera Gardens complex,
we are able to do so in this case. All apartments are identically
furnished-exterior as well as interior.If
you like the Vera Playa area, then Vera Gardens would be
our best suggestion especially as they can be reserved in advance, but if you
