This beautiful modern villa has a large swimming pool, full air conditioning, spacious terraces and spectacular mountains views across to the sea. It is set in an elevated position in the exclusive area of Cabrera at the top of the Cortijo Grande valley and is still just a fifteen-minute drive to the sandy beaches of Mojacar.

Built in an attractive Moorish style, the villa is approached from a private gated driveway with parking for two cars including a shaded carport.

The lounge is large and exceptionally bright and airy with windows that look o­nto beautiful mountain scenery. The lounge is equipped with a DVD player, Sky TV and a working fireplace. Glass doors give access out o­nto the upper terrace and pool area and also the rear courtyard.

This villa has a large stylish fully-fitted kitchen complete with oven, hob, kettle, juicer, large fridge freezer, microwave etc. The kitchen has a glass door leading o­nto an attractive shady courtyard. There is also a utility room housing the washing machine, ironing board etc.

The dining room seats six and has two large windows with commanding views over the valley to the sea.

The setting for this villa is secluded and peaceful, yet the town of Turre with its shops and cafés is o­nly a 10-minute drive away. There are also some excellent restaurants in Cabrera and Cortijo Grande that are o­nly a few minutes drive away. Cortijo Grande also features a beautiful golf course, which is a five-minute drive from the villa.
